With a successful background in technology, communications, and programmanagement through FinTel Communications, John ensures our operations run smoothly and ourtechnology tools; including the camp registration system; are practical and effective for busycoaches and organizers.

Chief Operating Officer Director of Legacy & Athlete DevelopmentMacKense Greico brings valuable on-field expertise and a passion for player development to theteam.
A former Division I college softball player at both Furman University and the University ofMaryland, MacKense also has extensive travel ball experience.
As a key member of our executivestaff, she works directly with athletes, coaches, and families to provide meaningful training,recruiting guidance, and camp support.
Her experience and friendly, encouraging approach makeher a trusted resource for high school players working to reach the college level and for coacheslooking to strengthen their programs.
